Parish Life

1. The Seekers Adult Study Group :
   
    Meets at 11:30 a.m. each Sunday in the Parish Office meeting room under the direction of Al Sargent


2. Monday A.M. Scripture Study/Discussion Group :
   
    Meets at 11:00 a.m. each Monday in the Parish Hall Parlor under the direction of Dee Wynn. All parishioners are most welcome.


3. St. Vincent de Paul :
   
     Is a society that reaches out to the poor for their various needs. Society Meetings are on Thursday, alternating between evening and afteroon meeting times. Schedule is posted in the bulletin, you may call or email for more information. 4. English as Second Language (ESL) :
   
     Call St. John's Church at 501-623-6201 to schedule classes.


5. Video Library :
   
    It is open during coffee and sweets each Sunday after 10:00 a.m. Mass. A large inventory is available for your family's use.


6. Prayer Groups :
   
       1.- Children of God: Meets on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in 302 Lary St. Call Christy for information 624-0585 and prayer requests.
       2.- Our Lady of Fatima : Meets on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Chapel followed by Mass at 12:00 noon. Call Jean Daniel 767-2133 for more information and to leave your prayer requests.
       3.- Living Waters :Meets on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall Parlor. Call Chrsity at 624-0585 with your prayer needs. and for information.


7. Council of Catholic Women ( C.C.W.) :
   
Women with a mission to make Christ's love present to everyone. Join this group of hard working women on the First Tuesday of each month, September thru May at 1:30 p.m. in the Parish hall for a program, business meeting and refreshments. Questions? Margo Longo


8. Parish Library :
   
We are open every Sunday after 10:00 a.m. Mass and every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. We need donations of books. Keep checking your home library and stock of reading material that is good, Catholic and/or Christian. Questions? Carolyn 625-6144 has the answer. You may drop your contribution off at the rectory office Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or Call Carolyn for pick up.

9. Social Justice/ Charitable Outreach Committe :
   
Meets 3rd Monday of the month at National Park Medical Center in the Maurice Room, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. . Anyone interested in this aspect for our ministry to the community at large is welcome. Questions? Dick Antoine 622-7347

12. Help Haiti :
